Two story house in Northampton. One French door and nine windows including one bay window fitted in 28mm dg uPVC. All done within agreed schedule and budget. We were and continue to be impressed with the professionalism shown from initial quote to installation to follow-up to rectifying any problems arising, which were very minor, indeed. Exceptionally helpful from beginning to date. We were kept informed throughout. All enquiries were dealt with promptly, with courtesy and consideration. No waiting on the line “because all our representatives are busy…” as is only too common these days. Altogether we found Windsor Windows a pleasure to deal with and look forward to place further orders with them. Highly recommended.

We had ten windows, patio doors and a back door fitted in a very cold week in December. From Lee Cross visiting and delivering our quote to the fittings themselves, everything was handled in a helpful, friendly and professional way. The actual fitters kept us informed of what was happening and were cheerful and hardworking. Very little mess was left at the end of each day. We were recommended to Windsor by a friend but did have other quotes which were more expensive and delivered in a far less professional manner than Lee’s. We would have no hesitation in recommending Windsor Windows to anyone.

We had a replacement conservatory fitted in May and the work was done by 2 capable and experienced fitters without mess or inconvenience. They met their promised delivery date and the time on site. In September we had Windsor fit a bi-fold door. Again they met their delivery and fitting promises and did an excellent job. We have been very pleased with their work
